Our Mail Club letters and envelopes are prepared and sent out each month according to our regular Mail Club schedule.
Orders for the current month must be placed by the 12th of the month to be included in that month’s Mail Club mailing.
- Order Cut-Off Date: 12th of each month
- Mail Club Dispatch: Between the 18th and 21st of each month
- Orders placed on or before the 12th: Included in the current month’s Mail Club mailing.
- Orders placed after the 12th: Automatically move to the following month’s Mail Club mailing.
For example, if you place your order on the 13th, your Mail Club envelope will not be sent during the current month. It will be included in the following month’s mailing cycle.
Please note that the 18th–21st dispatch window refers to when Mail Club envelopes are sent. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and your delivery location.
